Comment: I am almost 83 years old (born, 1936). I had my own apartment in Hyderabad and lived there for 20 years. I am widow and have not been able to manage on my own in recent months. I moved to my daughter's apartment in Mumbai and require change of address for my adhar card. In Mumbai also I am living alone as my daughter is posted abroad. I have not been able to do the change of address on line. I have proof of relationship with my daughter and all other papers. Is it possible for someone to come to the apartment and help me ?
