My wife Mrs. Shachi Singh has applied for mobile no change procedure on 19.12.2019 at 16:19:30.
One of Employe at BKC center Mr. Chetan Gaikwad has told her in 7-8 days she will receive the msg regarding mobile no updation.
But it has been one month month completed now.
Today in the morning I called on customer care no 1947 and told everything what we have suffered and she told me there is no application received of the no 28212702001398.
Just because of this my wife is suffering alot.
Kindly help in this matter otherwise I will forward this compalain to Indian Adhar Center New Delhi.
